Talk
Every development project is unique, so once we’ve received your enquiry, we like to start with a conversation to make sure we understand what you need and what’s important to you.
Assess
We’ll carry out a technical assessment of your existing site and plans to understand what regulations or planning conditions you’ll need to comply with or any other elements that need to be included in your project, so there’s no hidden extras or unexpected delays.
Quote
Once we’ve had chance to understand your requirements and budget, and we’ve carried out the technical assessment, we’ll provide a detailed quote and estimate of when we’ll complete your project.
Team
We believe it’s important to create a strong, professional partnership with you from the beginning. On agreement of the quote, we’ll assign a dedicated project manager and expert team who are best suited to work on your project and ensure it all runs smoothly.
Plan
Your project manager will work with you to create a detailed project plan so you know exactly what will happen and when. We’ll provide regular updates on the plan throughout the project.
Build
Now the fun can really begin. All of our team and trusted partners will maintain the highest of standards, using up to date techniques and high quality materials. We’ll keep disruption to you to a minimum and keep all areas clean and tidy. And if you want to make changes as your vision takes shape, your project manager will be happy to help.
